Punching
This is one of the most common techniques for boring materials in conjunction with laser cutting, allowing cold stamping of specific shapes and graphics on sheet metal. The punch is placed on the stamp and pressed to create the precise cut defined at machine configuration. Punching makes it possible to machine sheets of different thicknesses and types of metal.
Our tools
For this process, we use a TRUMPF TRUMATIC 240 Rotation with a 1000 x 3000 operating area. This machine requires manual sheet loading and has a maximum punching thickness of 6 mm.
